I first met Teresa Hogg in the fall of 2006.  I was a single mom with a 3 year old son and living with my own mother.  Those were pretty trying times.  I wanted a place of my own so bad.  Finally, after some hard work and good financial planning, I was able to get a home loan.  I obtained three realtors names and numbers, two women and one man.  I preferred dealing with a female on this, so I called the first woman on the list, left a voice mail and never heard back from her.  Then I called the second name on the list (Teresa), left a message, and got a call back that same night.  Teresa was so helpful to me.  I could tell she wanted to help me make my dreams come true by helping me find just the right home.  Although, I know she had other clients, she made it seem like I was her only one.  After months of searching and a setback or two, I bought and moved into my house.  I absolutely love it   Teresa devoted so much time and attention to me.  I am really grateful to her and for knowing her.  It goes to show you how important it is to have someone that is available to you and by returning my call that night she showed me that she was ready and willing to help me.
